Q. Is there a setup fee and minimum required for t-shirts?
A. No. With our digital full color t-shirt printing there is no setup cost or minimum order, unlike screen printing.
Q. What quality t-shirts do you use?
A. We use heavyweight 6.1-ounce, 100% cotton tees.
Q. Can I print on my own t-shirts?
A. Yes, but your shirts must be 100% cotton and white or light colors. If you need more information please call us.
Q. What is screen printing?
A. Screen printing is a printing technique that uses screens. If a design has multiple colors, for example a design that requires four different colors would require four different screens. With screen printing, in most cases, you are charged a setup fee and an additional cost per color per shirt. Screen printing is ideally suited for bold graphic designs with few colors and large quantity.
Q. What is digital t-shirt printing?
A. Digital t-shirt printing also known as Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing is a relatively new process that prints full color, photo quality images directly onto your t-shirt using digital technology. For smaller production runs, this method offers tremendous advantages over screen printing because there’s no setup cost, minimum order or additional cost for multiple colors. A. Yes, our digital t-shirt printer creates the highest quality in full color at photo quality resolution.
Q. Can I order my t-shirt by email or online?
A. Yes. Many of our customer order by email and online. To design and order your t-shirt online please visit our online design center.
Q. Do you offer shipping?
A. Absolutely. We can ship anywhere.
Q. How long does it take to turn around?
A. Our turn around time is usual one business day on white shirts in stock. If we have to order your shirts, turn around time is generally 5 to 7 business days.

Q. How big does my design or photo need to be for the best quality print?
A. For best quality we asked that your artwork is 150 – 300 dpi and scaled to the size that you want printed. In addition, graphic file should be .psd, .jpg, .png, and .tiff, .pdf if raster. If vector, best file type are .ai and .eps. Also note, vector files can be enlarged to infinite size without losing quality. If you need more information, please call us.
Q. Can I print on dark color shirts?
A. Our digital printer only prints white and light color shirts. If you’re looking to print on dark color tees, give us a call and one of our experts can better assist you.
