Until recently there was no choice except to settle for screen printed custom t shirts and decal applied shirts. Produced in Tucson, now there is custom digital printing for t shirts available. When choosing screen printed t shirts, and unlike digital printing, you are required  to pay additional fees such as screen setup costs, but if negotiated properly, and if you order a sufficient quantity of t shirts  (usually over 500) you may be able to eliminate screen setup. If you order more than fifty screen printed shirts in a single purchase, there might be an opportunity for a reduced rate on the setup fees. If you need to print multiple locations on screen print t shirts, this again will be an extra charge.
