Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Where are you located?

Our address is 5440 East Speedway. We are located on the south side of the street just west of Craycroft.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Why do you manufacture almost all of your products on-site?

By manufacturing here we are demonstrating our support for American ideals such as keeping our jobs onshore. This is very important to us - we are a family owned local employer who believes in contributing back to our community and a local labor force is one demonstration of that commitment.

When the business started, we attempted to source from all over in order to minimize costs - typical of any startup! But we learned early on that others could just not meet our quality standards. Sometimes, particularly when the goods came from China or other cheap off shore locations, they took forever to be delivered and many times the colors and quality were just not correct. We find that we can save our clients money and manufacture higher quality items right here in Tucson. Additionally, we try to save our environment whenever possible and use inks and substrates that are environmentally friendly.

Do you save my file after I place an order?

Yes, usually for at least two years and normally by order number. It never hurts to tell us that you'll be reordering and, if you'd like, we would be happy to give you a reminder call. Just ask!

What is Graphic Impact's philosophy on recycling of material (and sustainability)?

We are a strong advocate! Two examples are in the field of banners, we are beginning to use latex inks rather than solvents and in shirt printing where aqueous inks are used rather than the toxic inks used in screen printing. We believe that both of these technologies are exclusive to Graphic Impact in Tucson. There are advantages in the durability and resolution (photo quality) areas in both of these processes and we urge you to investigate the advantages.[
