Our printing process is one which prints the fibers of the shirt rather than just laying on top of the shirt. They attach onto the fiber using a patented process which we call “wet on wet”.  In other processes the ink is placed on top of the shirt and then dried.  As you would expect, and after the ink dries, it forms a hard base layer on the shirt and later begins to crack.The “wet on wet” process since the ink is attached to the fiber gives the person wearing the shirt a softer feel and allow “breathing” of the garment and therefore virtually no sweating occurs.
